Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zupple mobile app and website (the "Service"). By downloading or using Zupple, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your Account

You can play Zupple without signing up; an account is created for you automatically. You may optionally link an Apple or Google account to keep your progress across devices.

• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove usernames that do.
• If you do not link an account, your progress may be lost if you delete the app or change devices.

2. Zupple Premium (Subscriptions)

Zupple Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, that gives unlimited Journey tiers, lives, hints and battles for as long as it is active.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancel anytime: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by them under their policies.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance by Apple or Google as required, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

3. Coins and Virtual Items

Zupple uses coins, which you can earn by playing, by watching optional ads, or by purchasing coin packs.

• Coins are a limited license to use in-game features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Coin pack purchases are final, except where required by law or by Apple's or Google's refund policies.
• We may adjust coin prices, rewards and what coins can be used for to keep the game balanced.

4. Fair Play

To keep leaderboards and battles fair, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, automation or exploits.
• Tamper with the app, its network traffic, or our servers.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or rewards.
• Harass other players through usernames, groups or any other feature.

We may reset scores, remove rewards, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Ads

Zupple may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its puzzles, design, graphics and code, belongs to Zupple and its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial play only.

7. Changes and Availability

We are continually improving Zupple and may add, change or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zupple is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Termination

You can stop using Zupple and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
